Privacy Policy for Empire List

Empire List is published under the developer name JC Sense ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how the game handles information.

Game progress and settings

Empire List stores game progress, fictional holdings, loan and tax history, timestamps, and display preferences in the app's private storage on your device. The developer does not receive this information.

Google Play Games

If you sign in to Google Play Games, the Android game can automatically save normal game progress through Google Play Games Services so you can restore it after reinstalling or changing devices. It may also send earned achievements, a highest-net-worth leaderboard score, and gameplay statistics to Google Play Games. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy and Play Games settings. Sandbox activity is not sent.

Advertising

The game may show advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad-interaction information to provide, measure, and personalise ads where permitted. We do not receive your local saved game through advertising.

Where required, the game presents Google's consent choices before requesting ads. You can play without completing rewarded ads; rewards associated with an ad will simply be unavailable when an ad cannot be shown.

Backups you choose

You can export a JSON save using Android's document picker and restore a file you select. If you choose Google Drive or another cloud provider, that provider handles the file under its own privacy policy. Backup files are not encrypted by the game; keep them somewhere you trust.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you reset it, clear app storage, or uninstall. To delete a connected Google Play Games save, use Settings → Reset progress while connected to Play Games and follow the confirmation steps. Delete exported backups separately wherever you saved them. Advertising data is handled under Google's applicable retention policies.

Children's privacy

Empire List is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game's features or legal obligations change. The current version will be available at this address and from within the game.
